natural hot springs, spacious carpark, close to the beach
Overpriced for what is offered!!! The temperature control in the shower is problematic, the powerpoints are poorly placed, and the one tiny bar of soap is not enough for two people!!!

Clean and bright
The 1.5% surcharge on credit card at checkout. should advise when booking. Also I have never had $250 put thru on credit card on arrival and then had it reversed when leaving , what an insult. would prefer to pay in advance on future.

We had room which had a small mini fridge, coffee and a lounge and was great-sized and functional. The breakfast was above average and the service was friendly. The location was beautiful, within walking distance of Lake Pertobe Adventure Playground.

Thank God we got it half price, and even then they where pushing it. I wouldn't stay there again

We were pleasantly surprised by how relaxing the Water Sanctuary was after a long day, and the heated swimming pool felt amazing! The hot spring baths were a nice treat, providing a perfect way to unwind. The signage could use some work – it was a bit confusing to navigate at times, but overall, we really enjoyed our stay! 🌊

Beautiful location and very nicely decorated and fitted. The sea view room we booked was excellent and exceded my expectations, just what you want after a long drive.
The double bed was actually two beds pushed together although this is not unique to Deep Blue and may just have been the room we were given. Also there was no furniture on the balcony so it wasn't actually possible to sit out on it.

The room was confortable and clean, the hotel has a spa and bar and restaurant facilities although we did not use them, so we cannot comment on how they are. There was parking available for the car. Chek in and check outwere speedy. Person at rexeption friendly.
The cost of the room seemed a bit expensive, especially when it did not include breakfast and compared to a hotel we stayed at Apollo Bay the day before with a better room and breakfast included. The room was nice but noisy during the day and early in the morning because we could hear the people in the room above us walking in the room. I suppose it was bad luck in that sense that we seemed to have got a caged gorilla in the room upstairs. The location of the hotel is not that great, next to another big hotel and in front of a skate park and a bit hidden from the main street and a bit far from the reaturants area(not extremelly far though). 1.5% surcharge if paid with credit card, compared to a 1 % paid in the hotel in Apollo Bay, not that I agree with either in this day and age.

I stayed in a Queen Studio for 1 night. It really disrupted my peace as I was hoping for a quiet escape. The view was nice, and the pool was great, but the sound was a bummer.

It's a fairly priced hip new hotel for one night. The location is great and beautiful, 1 mile from Flagstaff Hill Maritime Village Museum. You could walk to the Saturday market and fairgrounds. The venue has a reasonably priced restaurant for dinner.
